Exhaust Rain Caps
Agriemach offer a selection of Specialist Silenced Exhaust Rain Caps in either Black Mild Steel or Polished Stainless Steel. With over 79 size and material choices available, and with most sizes available from stock on a next day delivery service, we offer a one stop shop for both the OEM and single purchase customer. Exhaust Rain Caps are used across many industries on many different applications – for Power Generation, Construction Machinery, Truck and Bus, and Marine to name but a few. The Agriemach silenced rain cap is made up from either mild or stainless steel, and assembled with bushes made from polymides and fibre glass in order to receive the silenced close that is desired. The manufacturing process of cataphoresis creates high resistance to atmospheric agents, therefore preventing oxidation from affecting its efficiency. Woolwich Energy Centre | AdBlue Tanker Delivery
Agriemach recently finished the commissioning of their AdBlue Remote Fill Point Cabinet and Dual Contained delivery pipe work at the Woolwich Energy Centre on the Royal Arsenal Riverside Development in London. As the day light faded, our tanker full of AdBlue arrived ready to test the system for a delivery which had to be made at the kerbside, connected to our remote fill point cabinet located behind the weather louvre on the ground floor, and then up to our fully bunded bulk AdBlue tank on the first floor. Thanks to the live level gauge built into the remote fill point cabinet, the delivery driver had full visualisation of the tank level, and all failsafe built in just in case of an unforeseen event. The AdBlue delivered to this energy centre is to be used with our Agriemach SCR, Selective Catalytic Reduction System, for reducing the NOx levels on the 1.2MW Jenbacher engine installed. This SCR system has been designed to bring NOx levels down to 20mg/Nm3@5%O2 along with the added benefit of Carbon Monoxide Conversion, making the exhaust gas emissions from this energy centre much cleaner. Elephant and Castle | Underground AdBlue Tank
Agriemach recently Designed, Manufactured, and delivered this 10,000 litre underground AdBlue tank for a large energy provider over at the new Elephant and Castle Development in London. The scope of supply was to design a suitable underground tank with leak detection, twin suction take off, and level switching for connection to the BMS – delivery, tank strapping, and oversee the backfill of the tank to ensure no damage during this part of the installation. The Agriemach underground AdBlue tank will contain the reductant used for reducing the Nitrogen Oxides produced by the two Combined Heat and Power plant engines installed in the energy centre which is to be built on top of this installation. Selective Catalytic Reduction, or SCR, is used for reducing Nitrogen Oxides, also known as NOx, from the exhaust gas of these generators. AMPS Company of the Year Award 2016 – Agriemach Ltd
Due to the incredible feedback that the AMPS Association received from our customers, Agriemach were shortlisted for the 2016 Company of the Year Award - and on Thursday 10th November at the AMPS Awards Dinner we went on to Win! The Award was Sponsored by ENER-G Combined Power and presented by Technical Director Chris Marsland during the event held at the Midland Hotel in Manchester. Since Agriemach were established back in 1976 the company has remained under the same family ownership and management, and two generations of the family attended to accept this prestigious award. The Agriemach offices were electric when they heard the news the following morning and could not be happier. A genuine all round appreciation for the kind words our customers had written about us was clear from the entire Agriemach Team. Thank you to all of our valued customers for this Award.

NOx Abatement Systems in the UK
Some late nights were in store recently for our Agriemach Engineers working on these 3x 1.6MWe Diesel Generators in Norwich. Agriemach were commissioned for the Engineering Design, Production, Delivery, and Installation of these Selective Catalytic NOx Reducing SCR systems, fitted to 3x Mitsubishi S16R-PTA2 Diesel Generators. The supply included, Full SCR System from Mixing Duct to Reactor, Expansion Bellows, Support System, IP Rated bespoke design Dosing System Cabinet, Heated Urea Tank, and Installation Engineers that kept singing even after the sun had gone down! Agriemach offer NOx reduction for Reciprocating Engines, Gas Turbines and Boilers. We work with many different fuel types such as Diesel, Natural Gas, and Biofuels. NRMM Diesel Particulate Filters
A sunny dry day for Agriemach Engineers working on this Komatsu PC228 in central London while measuring up the bespoke thermal jacket for the Passive Regenerating Diesel Particulate Filter fitted. Agriemach offer a number of solutions for reducing diesel particulates (soot), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) for Non Road Mobile Machinery (NRMM) which can be anything from excavators to generators. Agriemach work with any internal combustion engine for reducing emissions to the required standards. Ideally we're looking for a Sales Engineer with good experience in the industrial engine market (not essential) to sell to a broad range of clients. The Sales Engineer will be joining a very well known and market leading supplier which offers good future opportunities as the company grows further. ATEX Fuel Transfer Pump
The Piusi EX50 ATEX Approved 230v or 12v fuel transfer pump kit is designed for the mobile dispensing of petrol, kerosene and diesel. These ATEX pumps, which come with either auto or manual nozzle, filter, delivery hose and the option of a flow meter, are fully compliant with the European standards for dispensing flammable liquids. Thanks to its 2" quick coupling and telescopic down tube, this Piusi pump unit is ideal for the transfer of fuel from a drum in a zone one environment.
