MCPD | NOx Reduction | Perkins 640kW Diesel Generator
This Perkins 4006-23TAG2A 640kW Diesel Generator is now compliant for the new MCPD (Medium Combustion Plant Directive) requirements for NOx 190mg/Nm3@15%O2. Agriemach were asked to engineer a solution to tap into the existing exhaust pipework and install our NOxMASTER™ SCR exhaust assembly in order to meet the new emissions requirement for NOx and keeping within site space constraints. This involved a bespoke support frame design over the engine with full consideration over backpressure within the SCR design – which can be seen in the photo. MCPD | NOx Reduction | Volvo Penta 600kW Diesel Generator
This Volvo Penta 600kW Diesel Generator is now compliant for the new MCPD (Medium Combustion Plant Directive) requirements for NOx 190mg/Nm3@15%O2. Agriemach were asked to engineer a solution to remove the existing ceiling mounted exhaust assembly and replace it with a new silenced SCR exhaust assembly in order to meet the new emissions requirement for NOx and keeping within site space constraints. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) | MWM Gas CHP | Television Centre London
Agriemach recently completed the installation of the SCR System, Silencers & Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger for this MWM TCG 2016V12 600kW Natural Gas CHP (Combined Heat & Power System) which will now be compliant for the requested NOx ELV 95mg/Nm3@5%O2 at the Television Centre, London. Agriemach were asked to engineer a solution to meet the overall low backpressure requirement of the complete exhaust system while still engineering a bespoke design to fit within the Energy Centre space constraints. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) | Jenbacher Gas CHP | London
Agriemach recently commissioned the SCR Systems for these two Jenbacher 1193kW Natural Gas CHP`s (Combined Heat & Power Systems) which are now compliant for the requested NOx ELV 50mg/Nm3@5%O2 at Westfield Shopping Centre, London. This represents a stable 90% reduction of NOx on each of these engines. Agriemach were asked to engineer a solution to meet the low backpressure requirement of 15mbar (millibar) while still engineering a bespoke design to fit within the Energy Centre space constraints. Agriemach designed a completely bespoke and successful solution which is now operational and assisting with our goal of clean air. Exhaust Spark Arrestor
Agriemach offer the largest range of spark arrestors, available from stock, within the UK. Our standard range of Ministry of Defence Approved Spark Arrestors boast one of the easiest to fit designs available in the market, making it the only choice for our customer. Fast delivery and minimal engine downtime keeps our customers happy each and every time. The exhaust outlet of our Supertrapp Spark Arrestors is formed by stacking the individual diffuser discs to form a series of annular openings. The precise spacing between the discs provides a barrier against noise and sparks without restricting the exhaust flow. The number of diffuser discs required is proportional to engine size. As the exhaust flows out radially between the discs, the noise is first dissipated and then diffused over a quiet 360° pattern. After leaving the discs, the exhaust path curves inward toward the centreline and is rapidly cooled by mixing with the surrounding air. Our Spark Arrestors are second to none. Diesel Biocide
Agriemach offer a highly concentrated and effective Diesel Biocide that provides both the cure to Diesel Bug related fuel problems or simply a preventative measure. Diesel Biocide is a multifunctional petroleum distillate fuel additive. It is used to help maintain colour stability and clarity; control bacteria, fungi, organic reaction and sludge formation; inhibit against corrosion; and disperse existent sludge. Agriemach Diesel Biocide has proven so effective it is in use throughout many industries, from Rail, Construction, Manufacturing, Standby Power Generation & Emergency Power Systems; along with on-road truck and bus fleets to even private boat owners! Preventative If the fuel in your tank will be unused for a period of time, it is good practice to firstly fill up your tank to avoid condensation build up and also use the Biocide to take away the environment for the Diesel Bug to grow. Our 250ml bottle will treat 10,000 Litres of Diesel Fuel if used as a Maintenance Treatment and 5,000 litres if used as a Shock Treatment. Cure If you are curing a diesel bug issue, we recommend adding the stated amount for Shock Treatment depending on how bad your issue is. This should be mixed well within the tank and left to work for a minimum of 12 hours. In this time the sludge formation will become loose and any living bacteria (BUG) will have been killed. This also allows time for the assistance in separation of emulsified water. This will make any cleaning process very simple. Once the engine is started for the first time after this, the treated fuel will then coat and treat the entire fuel system ensuring any further bug is destroyed.
