Fully Bunded AdBlue Tanks
Agriemach offer AdBlue tanks that are a simple storage solution for anyone who needs to put AdBlue into vehicles or integrated into one of our SCR installations. Capacities of our AdBlue tanks typically range from 1,350 litres up to 15,000 litres. However, with interlinking this can increase up to 100,000 litres. In addition we also provide multi storage options so it is easy to store AdBlue and diesel in one tank. Agriemach are one of the largest suppliers of AdBlue tanks and can take into consideration sites which have limited space. The tanks can come with a fill connection, contents gauge, submersible pump, automatic shut off nozzle, delivery hose, and a digital flow meter, amongst other options. Any bespoke requirements are happily accommodated. The key benefits of our AdBlue storage tanks are as follows: Available in capacities of 1,350 litres to 15,000 litres. Tanks can also be interlinked to obtain larger capacities. AdBlue is an additive produced to reduce NOx emissions from combustion engines. The AdBlue tanks incorporate specialised equipment suitable for the AdBlue aqueous solution. AdBlue has a typical shelf life of 6-12 months, in perfect conditions this can extend to almost 18 months. The freezing point of AdBlue is -11 degrees, it is imperative that the temperature of the solution does not fall below this critical level as it may damage internal components and cannot be used until fully thawed. These particles affect anyone that come into contact with them – they get deep into the respiratory system and alter lung tissue; causing a long term effect on human health.” “Most Susceptible; Children, the elderly and people with existing lung disease. This is the motivation for legislators to lower the limits.”

Chalwyn Valve | Actuated Butterfly Valve
Agriemach recently supported a customer with some onsite installation training for our range of Actuated Chalwyn Valves. The live application training day went through everything from start to finish, such as picking up speed signals, energising the electric valve and installing a manual shut down switch on the dashboard of the vehicle. The benefit of the manual switch allows the operator to prove to site that the valve is installed and working – this offers peace of mind when vehicles are operating in environments such as petrochemical sites where fuel may be present in the air. The Chalwyn SVR range is a compact butterfly design air intake shutoff valve available with electrical or mechanical actuation. Actuation of the SVR solenoid rapidly closes the valve’s sealing element which shuts off intake air flow into the engine. The SVR can be used in fully automatic or manual shutdown systems. When incorporating into an automatic overspeed shutdown system, this valve is compatible with Chalwyn CSX-300 range and Revguard speed switches.
