Nitrogen Oxides are a hazard to human health. Scientific evidence links NO₂ exposure — from 30 minutes to 24 hours — with adverse respiratory effects including airway inflammation. Ozone is formed when NOx and Volatile Organic Compounds react in the presence of heat and sunlight, affecting anyone that comes into contact with them.
Selective Catalytic Reduction is a means of converting Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) into Nitrogen and Water, using an Atomised Injection of urea with the aid of a Catalyst. The process specifically targets NOx emissions using the reagent, reducing raw values to target outputs — achieving up to 99% reduction (500mg to 50mg).
The PLC (Control Panel) monitors and controls the entire system in real time, ensuring optimal performance and regulatory compliance across all operating conditions.
