Chill Charger for water-to-air intercoolers maximizes thermal transfer to lower air intake temperatures whilst also protecting core corrosion, electrolysis and harmful mineral build-up.

By effectively transferring water that circulates through the intercooler Chill Charger reduces liquid heat soak in high performance turbo and supercharger systems.

Excellent product — exactly as described.

Used this on a JCB 3CX turbo downpipe. Fits perfectly, holds up very well to heat cycles. Much better than the fibreglass wrap I used previously — no itching, easier to handle. Will definitely be ordering again.

Decent product, application tricky without soaking first.

Wrap itself is good quality but I'd strongly advise soaking in water for 10–15 mins before wrapping — it makes it much more pliable and easier to apply. Didn't do this first time and it was frustrating. Product is fine though, no complaints.
