Super Clear Silicone 3oz

A silicone adhesive/sealant compound for sealing, caulking, bonding and making gaskets. Clear Silicone is a general purpose, single component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) compound designed for sealing of mechanical assemblies.

Once cured this non-sagging silicone rubber forms a tough, flexible, waterproof seal that resists aging and weathering without hardening, shrinking or cracking.

Clear Silicone cures on exposure to moisture in the air.

WORKS BEST ON: Metal, glass, wood, plastic, silicone resin, vulcanized silicone rubber, ceramics, natural and synthetic fiber, painted surfaces, concrete and rubber. Good for weather-proofing electrical components and sealing glass. Clear silicone makes form-in-place gaskets; use to replace cork, paper, felt and rubber gaskets. Bonds, seals, repairs, mends and secures lens housing, windshields, windows, door frames, vinyl tops, pvc piping, fiberglass, tiles/fixtures. Does not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics. Is not mildew resistant. Do not use on any surfaces that will be painted (complete all painting before applying silicone).
