A Braided Flexible Oil Line is used for connecting pipework to the oil burner. Braided heating oil lines have a temperature range of between -25°C to 90°C and are suitable for biofuel blends to B35. The inlet/outlet fittings on this oil heating line are available in straight or 90° elbow and are mechanically crimped to the oil hose.

Features of the Braided Flexible Heating Oil Line:

Inner hose - UNI9362 nitrile rubber
Outer braid - galvanized steel mesh to ANCC standards.
Temperature Range -25°C to 90°C
Application - Oil and biofuel up to B35

Excellent product — exactly as described.

Used this on a JCB 3CX turbo downpipe. Fits perfectly, holds up very well to heat cycles. Much better than the fibreglass wrap I used previously — no itching, easier to handle. Will definitely be ordering again.

Decent product, application tricky without soaking first.

Wrap itself is good quality but I'd strongly advise soaking in water for 10–15 mins before wrapping — it makes it much more pliable and easier to apply. Didn't do this first time and it was frustrating. Product is fine though, no complaints.
