Commissioning has completed for the new NOxMASTER™ SCR installation on these 3x Perkins 4012-46TWG3A 1263kW generators across the water in Ireland. This retro-fit installation has enabled the operator to meet the NOx limit of under 190mg/Nm3@15%O2 to comply with their permit conditions under the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD). The engineered NOxMASTER™ solution had to be sensitive to the backpressure on these engines as they had a good few years under their belt. Thankfully as Agriemach engineer solutions to suit the application each and every time; the backpressure was low and the engines were purring during hot commissioning.
